Using the service
By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you cannot legally agree on your own, involve a parent or guardian. Stop using the service if you do not agree.
License and accounts
You may use the app for personal learning under the applicable conditions. Content, design and brand assets belong to their respective owners; unauthorized copying or redistribution is not permitted. Protect your account and sign-in details, use appropriate profile information and do not impersonate others.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play to manipulate results, interfere with the service, access data without authorization or harass other players. Do not share sensitive information or infringing content. We may restrict access to address violations or protect the service.
Purchases and subscriptions
Where Pro is offered, prices, periods and benefits are shown in the store purchase screen. Subscriptions may renew automatically under App Store or Google Play terms; manage or cancel them in your store account. Deleting the app or game account does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases using the store account that paid. Refund requests follow store procedures and your statutory rights.
Learning content and availability
Vocab Battle supports practice and does not guarantee exam scores or particular learning results. Content may contain errors; report them through Support. Features may change, pause for maintenance or vary by version and region. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or responsibilities under applicable law.
Platform terms and contact
The iOS app uses Apple's Standard EULA unless a separate agreement replaces it. These terms further describe the service and website; they do not replace mandatory consumer rights or store conditions. Updates are posted here.
